Have you heard the news?! Travelers will be able to fly directly between Perth and Shanghai as part of a five-week trial launching next year, sparking a new age for West Australian tourism. How great is that!

China Eastern Airlines will operate the three flights a week starting on January 15, 2020, and ending on February 17 – over the Chinese New Year peak season.

WA Premier Mark McGowan said: “Having never flown directly to Perth, these China Eastern direct flights will make it that much easier for Chinese visitors to access the great tourism experiences we have to offer in Western Australia.” Welcome to CULINARY TOURISM!
