More gold for Talijancich Wines!

Congratulations to the Team at Talijancich Wines! What an achievement! AT the 2017 International Wine & Spirit Competition’s annual awards banquet in London, the Talijancich 2007 Pedro Ximenes liqueur was awarded outstanding gold, the top award, in the worldwide fortified wine category. James and Hilda Talijancich said they were extremely proud of this achievement, not only for Talijancich Wines, but also for the Swan Valley and the West Australian wine industry. The Talijancichs said the win made it four wins from four entries for Talijancich Wines. Winning gold consecutively in 2014 – Julian James 1980 Solero liqueur shiraz, 2015 – Rare Tawny 30-year-old and 2016 – Julian James 1974 Solero Rare Pedro and now in 2017 their Talijancich 2007 Pedro Ximenes liqueur. The outstanding gold was one of only five awarded internationally in this category. “Being recognised at this level by the most prestigious competition in the world puts Talijancich Wines and the Swan Valley wine region on a bigger map,’’ they said. “The recognition will help in building the brand and the region further around the world. “It’s a great achievement for this third-generation winery that proudly celebrates 85 years of wine making in the Swan Valley this year.’ We are so proud to support Talijanchich Wines by offering their Talijancich Verdelho Liqueur in our best seller – MnM Nuts & Nougat Cooler Hamper with Talijancich liqueur.
